Through a record-breaking clinical trial, they helped to develop the COVID-19 vaccine in 5 weeks, with 40,000 patients across 163 sites in 17 languages.
A new employer brand was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the energy and enormous contribution that their teams are making in the world. We facilitated global discovery workshops to enable teams to contribute their unique stories and help shape the creative direction. We created ‘The Best Work of Your Life’ as an over-arching employer brand to elevate the team who are powering the future of clinical research.
We launched a new global careers website and localised attraction, onboarding and development materials. A targeted social media campaign and employee referral programme helped attract the best talent – resulting in 641 new hires in a two-month period.
